Board of Trustees

Eduardo V. Francisco is an Honorary Member. His children are alumni of ISM. Mr. Francisco is the President of Banco de Oro (BDO) Capital & Investment Corporation and Head of Investment Banking Group.

Megan Gernes is an Associate Member whose four children enrolled at ISM. Ms. Gernes is the Community Liaison Office Supervisor at the US Embassy.

Guillaume Lucci is an Associate Member. One of his children is currently enrolled at ISM, and the other is an alumna of the School. Mr. Lucci is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prime Infrastructure Capital Incorporated (Prime Infra) and President of Prime Infra Foundation.

Phillip B. Nervig the United States Embassy’s (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. He is the US Embassy’s Economic Counselor. Mr. Nervig is also an Associate Member whose two children are enrolled at ISM. 

Vicente S. Perez is an Associate Member with a child enrolled at ISM. He was a former Secretary of the Department of Energy of the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Perez is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altenergy Holdings Corporation.

Cesar Antonio V. Purisima is an Associate member with two children enrolled at ISM. Mr. Purisima was a former Secretary of the Department of Finance of the Republic of the Philippines. He is currently the Asia Fellow at Milken Institute.

Ambassador HK Yu is the Australian Embassy’s (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. She is Australia’s Ambassador to the Philippines.

Emma Margaret Veve is an Associate Member whose two children are enrolled at ISM and one is an alumnus. Ms. Veve is the Deputy Director General of the Southeast Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

John Versantvoort is the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. Mr. Versantvoort is the Head of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity at ADB.  Two of his children are enrolled at ISM.

Woochong Um is an Honorary Member and Trustee Emeritus who serves as an adviser to the Board. Like him, his children are also alumni of ISM. Mr. Um is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP).

William R.S. Brown is the Superintendent of the School. He has served in various positions at ISM for the past seventeen years. SY 2024-2025 is Mr. Brown’s third year as School Superintendent.

Ma. Karina H. Tanega is the Corporate Secretary to the ISM Board. She is also ISM’s General Legal Counsel.
